
Yoga is a Hindu philosophy that encompasses a variety of practices which most commonly include postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, mantras, and lifestyle changes (e.g., diet, sleep, hygiene).
Occasionally Yoga practitioners utilize multiple modalities when seeing clients. Healing Arts practitioners who work across multiple healing modalities should select the discipline(s) that they are certified or licensed in, and describe their other qualifications and knowledge base in their Practitioner Profile.
